The property offers modern one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments featuring energy-saving appliances and other features designed to ensure savings on utility costs.

Equity, Built by TRAC

The complex includes 104 apartments, a childcare center, and a management building. Safety, respect, and effectiveness guided every decision during each phase of this project — which was designed by KITE Architects and built by TRAC.
