TRAC Builders was proud to serve as the general contractor for the construction of Roger Williams University’s Richard L. Bready Mount Hope Bay Sailing and Education Center in Bristol, Rhode Island. This new ground up, state-of-the-art waterfront facility enhances the university’s nationally recognized sailing program while supporting marine education initiatives for the broader community. The project required expert coordination of marine site logistics, structural concrete work, and integration of specialized storage and launch areas tailored for a high-performance sailing operation.
