TRAC Builders served as the General Contractor for the new construction of the Summer Street Apartments – New England’s largest permanent supportive housing project. Developed by Crossroads Rhode Island and located in the heart of Providence, the project was designed to address chronic homelessness by providing 176 units of housing with on-site services for formerly homeless individuals. Completed in Fall 2025, his transformative project is already making a meaningful impact by providing safe, stable, and dignified housing for some of the state’s most vulnerable residents.
