TRAC Builders served as General Contractor for the new escalator installation at the Flynn Cruiseport Boston, enhancing vertical circulation within the active cruise terminal. The project included selective demolition, structural steel installation, new concrete floor construction, and full assembly and commissioning of the Massport-provided escalator. TRAC also coordinated electrical service, HVAC, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and architectural finishes, delivering a fully integrated, code-compliant upgrade to support terminal operations.
