TRAC Builders served as General Contractor for the full roof replacement of the historic Laufer Building at Bradley Hospital. The project included removal of the existing slate roof, installation of a high-performance slate system, replacement of copper flashing, gutters, and downspouts, and structural wood framing repairs. All work was completed on an active healthcare campus with careful coordination to minimize disruption.
