TRAC Builders is serving as the General Contractor for Rosebrook Commons, a new mixed-use development in Middletown, Rhode Island, for Mesolella Development Corp. This multi-phase project is designed to deliver a combination of modern residential apartments, including a substantial number of affordable housing units, and vibrant commercial space, creating a new hub for living, working, and community engagement along West Main Road. Phase 1 includes the construction of 64 residential units paired with ground-floor commercial areas, built to high standards of quality, efficiency, and long-term durability.
