With a background in information technology and building automation systems, he leads the firm’s operational processes, quality control efforts, and technology integration. Nelson also oversees staff training and development – ensuring TRAC’s team remains on the leading edge of construction practices. He is a licensed contractor in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, a John Maxwell Certified Gold Leader, and an active member of several regional industry boards and associations.
