TRAC Builders served as the General Contractor for infrastructure repairs at the Alewife Parking Garage, executing a targeted scope of work to restore critical structural and site systems while minimizing disruption to garage operations. The project involved mobilization and safety preparations, followed by selective demolition of deteriorated concrete, masonry, and other compromised materials to prepare for new installations. Work was sequenced in phases to ensure that structural integrity and traffic flow within the garage were maintained throughout construction. Our Self-Performance team was key in delivering this project, handling concrete demolition, ADA-compliant sidewalk placement, and installation of exterior sealants.
