ARCHITECT: Bergmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc.

TRAC Builders led the renovation of the historic Attleboro Public Library, preserving the 1907 building’s architectural character while upgrading systems for modern use. Exterior work included slate and membrane roof replacement, masonry repair, restoration of ornamental metalwork, and selective window restoration and replacement. Interior upgrades featured a new HVAC system, energy-efficient lighting, and an elevator upgrade, all completed through phased construction that kept the library open to the public.
