TRAC Builders completed renovations at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School, combining interior upgrades to the fitness center and construction of a new roof terrace. The project included selective demolition, framing, MEP rough-in, new lighting, finishes, equipment, upgraded HVAC, and specialty millwork. Exterior work featured a new roofing membrane, aluminum storefront doors, metal railings, a new wood deck system, green roof plantings, and integrated lighting to create a durable, inviting outdoor space for students and faculty.
