TRAC Builders served as the General Contractor for the renovation of Carlson Crossing West, a multi-building affordable housing community in Framingham, Massachusetts. Spanning approximately 78,000 square feet across 17 buildings, the project modernized 68 residential units while preserving the neighborhood’s established character. Our work involved comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades, addressing building systems, finishes, and site improvements to enhance comfort, efficiency, and accessibility for residents.
