REFUELING PAD REPAIRS

TRAC Builders’ self-performance team completed targeted repairs to the refueling pad at Nantucket Memorial Airport, delivering high-quality work in a tight timeframe while maintaining safe, uninterrupted fueling operations. The scope included the demolition and removal of deteriorated concrete, structural surface preparation, and precise concrete placement to restore the pad’s strength and functionality. In addition, the crew performed excavation and trenching for new electrical conduits, drywall repairs, and the installation of exterior wood shingle siding, all completed in-house to ensure quality control and schedule efficiency. Working within the constraints of an active airport, TRAC implemented strict safety protocols, staged materials strategically, and coordinated closely with airport personnel to avoid operational disruptions.

FUEL FARM REHABILITATION

TRAC Builders completed a comprehensive fuel farm rehabilitation at Nantucket Memorial Airport, upgrading critical fueling and fire protection infrastructure. The project included demolition of existing systems, installation of new foam deluge fire suppression systems, a fire pump, and sprinkler protection, along with excavation, concrete construction, and structural improvements. TRAC also coordinated fuel piping, electrical connections, and system testing, delivering a modernized, code-compliant facility while maintaining airport operations.
