TRAC Builders served as General Contractor for the Olney Village Apartments in Providence, Rhode Island. The scattered-site affordable housing project included 41 residential units and 3 community spaces across 16 buildings, comprising rehabilitation of 11 existing structures and construction of 5 new buildings. The work upgraded building envelopes, mechanical systems, and interiors while delivering new construction that complements the surrounding neighborhood and meets modern energy and code requirements.
