TRAC Builders is serving as the General Contractor for the McKinley School Revitalization in Revere. Originally constructed in 1904 and last renovated in 1927, this historic building is being transformed through adaptive reuse into a dynamic, multi-use facility. The project will deliver a new preschool, municipal office space for the City of Revere, and a regional 911 call center in partnership with the City of Chelsea and Town of Winthrop. By preserving the structure’s historic character while introducing modern systems and functionality, the project supports critical needs in public safety, education, and municipal services for the surrounding communities.
