TRAC Builders is serving as the General Contractor for the Martha’s Vineyard Airport Terminal Renovation & Addition in West Tisbury, Massachusetts. This multi-phase project involves the renovation of approximately 5,000 square feet of the existing terminal and the addition of roughly 15,000 square feet of new space, nearly doubling the facility’s size. Designed to enhance passenger experience, safety, and operational efficiency, the project will introduce a modernized TSA screening area, improved circulation for arriving and departing travelers, and a fully enclosed departures space, all while allowing the airport to remain fully operational throughout construction.
